First Sale Scout Accessibility Statement
Effective date: November 6, 2026
LIKE A KING INC. is committed to making the website at https://firstsale.pro and the First Sale Scout service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
1. Our Standard
1.1 We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
1.2 "Target" means our goal. We have not obtained an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance at this time.
2. Measures We Take
- Text content is present in the page's HTML and is readable by screen readers and other assistive technology.
- We use semantic headings, landmarks, labeled form fields and descriptive link text.
- We design for keyboard operation, visible focus indicators and sufficient color contrast.
- Forms identify required fields, and error messages are shown as text.
- The Site is designed to adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Fonts are self-hosted, and body text uses readable sizes.
3. Known Limitations
3.1 Animated home page. The home page has a scroll-driven WebGL particle animation. It may be distracting or difficult for some visitors, and it is decorative: the information on the page does not depend on it. The animation respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting of your device or browser, and a simplified presentation is shown when it is set. If your browser does not support WebGL, a fallback is displayed instead of the animation. Text content remains in the HTML in all cases.
3.2 Assistive-technology testing. We have tested with a limited set of browsers and assistive technology, and some pages or components may not work with every combination.
3.3 Third-party content. Third-party tools we link to, such as payment pages or social platforms, are outside our control, and their accessibility depends on their providers.
3.4 Features in development. Accounts, dashboards and other features that launch later will be reviewed for accessibility before release, but may contain issues that we have not yet found.
4. Preferences You Can Use Now
4.1 Turn on "reduce motion" in your operating system or browser to reduce animation.
4.2 Use your browser's zoom, text-size or high-contrast features.
4.3 Use a screen reader, which can read the page text directly.
5. Feedback and Requests
5.1 If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in another format, please tell us through the contact form at https://firstsale.pro/contact and choose the accessibility topic. Describe the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you use.
5.2 We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and to propose a solution or workaround within 30 days where feasible. We publish no email address, telephone number or street address.
6. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or the U.S. Department of Education or other agency with jurisdiction. Nothing in this statement waives any right you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other law, or limits the dispute provisions in the Terms of Service to the extent the law forbids it.
7. Updates
We will review this statement as the Site changes and revise the effective date when we do.
